Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We are in-network with Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Independence Blue Cross, Personal Choice, Keystone Health Plan East, and United Healthcare. We will provide you with guidelines so you can verify your benefits. If we are considered out-of-network with your insurance provider, we can provide you a super bill after the service. If you do not see your insurance listed above, please let us know and we can look into your coverage.

What if you don’t accept my insurance?
We can still work together! For private pay clients, session rates are $150 for the 60 minute initial consultation, and $105 for a 50 minute follow-up session. We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.

What should I expect for our sessions?
During the initial session, we will discuss your overall health, dietary habits, lifestyle, medical history, and specific concerns or goals you have. Follow-up sessions involve reviewing progress, discussing achievements or challenges, making adjustments to your meal plan or goals, and addressing specific topics related to your health condition. Ongoing nutrition education and addressing current wellness trends are a common component in sessions.

We are located in Pennsylvania! We can see clients in our office at 1288 Valley Forge Road, #89, Phoenixville, PA 19460 and virtually in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and New York.

How long will we work together?
The majority of our clients benefit from working with us for 6-12 months with sessions every 2-4 weeks. However, each situation is different and unique. Some clients meet with us 2-3 times for education and short-term goals whereas long-term clients may meet with us every 1-2 months for maintenance and ongoing accountability.
